Founded in Berlin in 2021, JUST Ventures GmbH is an asset management company, focused on scouting and investing in innovative Web3 companies.

Our main focus has mostly been on the Polkadot ecosystem, however, we strive to be blockchain-agnostic and to expand our portfolio to other ecosystems.

We connect companies, founders, institutions, individuals and teams, evaluate investment opportunities, mentor startups and offer support from early stage to project completion.

Our investment strategy

We fund promising projects working on cutting edge technologies that are in line with our values. We prioritize autonomy, data ownership, peer-to-peer and open-source technologies, social impact, sustainable development and fostering cross-chain transaction environments that enhance collaboration and verifiability.
We mainly focus on early stage startups that operate in the open-source software space with an emphasis on:

  • Privacy and identity ownership, protection and daily usage
  • DAO and governance mechanisms
  • Secondary markets
  • Interoperability and scaling solutions
  • Research-driven solutions
  • Infrastructure

We are open to all means of investment, including but not limited to SAFT, SAFE and Convertible Notes, in the range from 5 to 50k EUR. A feasible roadmap and a legal entity setup required.

We also provide teams with support via strong industry and operational expertise and access to events and our network.
